PROGRAMS Classes (at the AME office) Basics Classes: Three 1 1/2 hour sessions that present a model of anger to foster understanding of anger and a variety of strategies to manage anger. Fee: $175 Basics Class II - Includes material from the Basics Class and offers participants opportunities for increased monitoring of progress. Fee: $175 Couple's Course:  This is a five-session course for couples who desire to learn anger management strategies in a setting that offers the opportunity to address your unique concerns as a couple. Rather than participate in a group or in the Basics Class, you will meet with Dr. Golden who will present the material offered in the Basics Class. This format offers the opportunity to address your unique concerns as a couple. This is not couple's therapy. The fee is $75 per session. It offers flexibility in scheduling. Workshops (on-site): How to Help Children and Teens Manage Anger - This workshop is available for youth services, teachers, and parent groups. How to Manage Anger in the Workplace - This workshop is available on-site for specific audiences - corporations, schools, agencies, parents, and others. These are presented in a half-day or full day format. (See Workplace Anger web page of this website) Psychotherapy/Counseling: For individuals who seek a more personal focus in learning to manage anger. Presentations: Designed to target the needs of specific audiences. - half-day, full day Consultation: These services are available for individuals, groups, agencies or programs.
